Find the cause: Several percent of folks have harmless proteinuria just from standing up -- it's much less in a first-voided morning urine and is the most common cause of proteinuria. It's a non-problem and won't affect your muscle building -- which I'm very glad you're doing. If your physician has decided that your proteinuria is serious, I hope you'll keep it up at the gym anyway.
