i suffer from meniere's disease. recently i startrd to word out an hour a day( budy building). since creatine affect trough the osmotic pressure, i was wondering if i can take some to build muscle?!

Vertigo Ménière's : You can try to take the creatine and see how you do. If you take diazide, continue it. Stay on a low sodium diet and see how you do. Keep your stress level down. If you start to get symptomatic back off on the supplements. You can still bulk up with a good diet. Good luck!

No: These supplements are more of a 'gimmick' than actually useful. Just rely on high protein diet--- steak / pork/ sea food/ eggs--/ milk/ yogurt are great protein resources.
