It feels like something crawling in my ear and like there is fluid stuck in there but i have been seen by my dr several times for this and every time they say they don't see anything or there is fluid behind the eardrum and give me an antibiotic.

See ENT: Time to go to a specialist. A simple Otitis Media will not have Balance problems. At your age ear problems are unusual. May need to have acoustic neuroma ruled out or other causes for continuing earaches. Might have immune dysfunction.See an Ear, Nose, and Throat Doctor, get it resolved for good.
