Ear drainage: You need an antibiotic ear drop and another exam by a physician, preferably an ENT doctor who can also check the hearing after cleaning out the ear in the office. You will then get the drops to the right place. He can also check to see if you still have the perforation. I would bet that you still have it. Good luck.
