coconut oil safe to use in ear daily for ear pressure? pain/water behind eardrum currently on antibiotics but ear pressure remains.

Yes, safe but...: Yes, coconut oil is safe to use but unlikely to help this much. It does have some antimicrobial properties but ear pressure is most likely related to allergies & inflammation around the eustachian tube. Antibiotics may not help much either. Avoiding dairy & wheat may help as well as treating allergies. Consider homeopathy & seeing a cranial osteopath.
