I gradually lost my hearing on left ear and went to ent. doctor removed fungus on the eardrum and prescribed antibiotics (local). i finished it but my hearing loss continues. i still can't hear. will my hearing come back later? should i wait a bit?

Return: Return to ENT for reexamination to make sure infection is cleared and further testing can tell whether there is permanent damage to hearing or not. No reason to wait as if infection not cleared may need more treatment.
