See details: I would urge to to avoid sleeping pills at your age, especially zolpidem. Instead your should be evaluated to determine the cause of your insomnia. Consider seeing a sleep physician.

Most all: sleeping pills stop working after a while.....they are NOT MEANT to be taken regularly rather are for temporary insomnia....Speak with your prescribing physician about alternatives (Zolpidem is one of the worse offenders plus has a troublesome incidence of "sleep walking" associated with it's use!!
