suffer with terrible insomnia and my dr prescribed zolpidem however have been dangerously sleepwalking - is there an alternative sleeping tablet?

Lunesta: Lunesta is an alternative however I would be cautious about the same thing happening. Another alternative is benadryl, unisom, trazodone.
