My urgent care doctor gave me 10 mg diazepam for muscle relaxant. i have serious insomnia and take zolpidem regularly. the diazepam.has not made me real sleepy. my sleep med is 12.5 can i go ahead and take it. it has been about 3 hours since i took diazep
