i take sandoz zolpidem 1 tablet to sleep but doesn't seem to work well anymore. any others i can speak to my gp about? insomnia :( thank you

Complex: Are the causes of insomnia. Remember that medications like Ambien(zolpidem) aren't "fixing" the cause of your insomnia but addressing the symptom that is manifesting as insomnia. Due to it's complex nature, it would be ideally addressed by someone how knows you well, including your primary care or, with your noted anxiety/depression, a psychiatrist if you have one.
