Normal ultrasound: If this is an ultrasound or imaging report, it is impossible to tell if the ovary is stuck or adherent to the uterus on imaging. Endometrial thickness in someone of reproductive age can vary wildly and 0.89 cm is normal. Retroverted means the uterus is tilted and flexed back towards rectum which is normal. Uterine sizes are also normal and average
