Ive been having pains in my right shoulder and neck for sometime now, i no its not me sleeping uncomfortable, please help me?

A plain neck xray may show a vertebral spur, but an MRI of the neck is needed to demonstrate a bulging or ruptured intervertebral disc. A neurologist, neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon can evaluate and advise you about options.
