Possibly: 38 yo female has pain in cowl region on one side. This could reflect cervical disk disorder, brachial plexus impingement, Pancost tumor, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome or some other problem. A benign musculoskeletal strain-pain problem is also possible. An Osteopath would be the physician best skilled to conduct proper differential diagnosis, and an MRI might be needed.
