Suffering from back, neck and shoulder pain. cannot fully rotate my neck for a few months now. i have tried all sleeping positions constantly in pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: Neck pain usually comes from a degenerative joint or disc in the neck. Sometimes it's from a muscle strain or sprain. It is common for neck pain to refer to the shoulder blade. Early treatment options include a short course of nsaids (Advil, Aleve), gentle massage, moist heat, and focusing on posture. If pain lasts greater than 2 weeks see your physician.
