Have pain in neck/shoulder over last 2 weeks.began after weeks of poor sleep pattern. now pain radiating through whole arm. cant sleep due to pain now?

I feel sorry x u: This kind of pain can be really annoying, I sounds like you have some cervical vertebral degenerative process going on, if radiates to either arm it may require orthopedic or neurosurgical intervention, but I would start with changing a pillow to ( my pillow) (:, taking some muscle relaxant, or tylenol (acetaminophen)
