Possible cure PCOS: I am unclear what free fluid in POD is. If it is fluid in pelvis, this is very common, especially with PCOS. PCOS can sometimes go away if a person is overweight and they lose weight. Definitely regular exercise and low fat, low carb diet would be recommended
