Will it help a normal weight pcos woman to keep a low carb diet? i once did this strictly - my bmi fell to 20/21 and my period got much more regular.

Yes: Maintaining a low glycemic index diet or a low simple carb diet is very helpful for PC os. If you are normal weight do not lose anymore weight just eat more to maintain. This will help your ovulation quality and chances of pregnancy.
