Podiatrist or nero surgeon? who should l get second opinion from. neurologist did emg and said pain in toes from trapped nerve. no leg pain involved.

See specialist : You need to see an orthopedic foot and ankle specialist, who is a medical doctor and surgeon. A podiatrist is not a medical doctor, but a doctor of podiatry. They are trained to deal with foot disorders and have a more limited range of expertise. This would not be something to see a neurosurgeon for at all.
