what could be causing pain in legs and arms, , knee pain, and numbness in two toes on left foot. last year my neurologist found nerve damsge.now worse?

Neuropathy: makes one more susceptible to focal nerve compression. If you have underlying neuropathy find and treat the causes. It may be time to schedule a follow up with your neurologist to see if you have developed other problems like Carpal Tunnel, Tarsal Tunnel, Ulnar neuropathy or Peroneal Neuropathy as the treatment may be different than what was suggested a year ago.
