Sure about flu?: Symptom-wise, I’d presume the flu to really be done by now. If you’re symptomatic, especially with lung findings, then you need to be evaluated locally. Is this bronchitis? Superimposed bacterial pneumonia? Viral pneumonia?

Since one: very common complication of influenza is PNEUMONIA would strongly suggest a visit to your PCP or ugent care center for a possible Chest X Ray....at age 25 this should NOT be a major issue but a diagnosis should be made. NB Wear a FACE MASK when going into a public space! Hope this helps! Dr Z
