Headaches, ears: There are many different types of headache MRI will not diagnose and MRI would have low yield for these symptoms. Most headaches are related not to tumors but to sinus disease or musculoskeletal problems involving neck, jaws, and head, including teeth. The .3 cm finding may suggest sinus probs (allergy, chronic infection, or nasal anatomic deformity). See a head/neck specialist to rule out.
