Running Pains: JohannesgerhardusD, Sorry you are having issues with your tendons. There would need to be more information for example was there an injury prior to this starting? Are you taking any medication? Do you or anyone in your family have tendon, joint or connective tissue disease? I would find out the answer and take it easy with some support, i.e a lace up ankle support, elevation, rest . f/u if worse.
