Ankle ligament reconstruction surgery with internal brace 6 months ago. had achilles and peroneal tendonitis at the same time. tendonitis went away, but hurts again. could i have tweaked my ankle? pain free till now. pain in heel at rest.

Same problem : I don’t think you ever got rid of the Achilles tendon or peroneal tendon problem having surgery on your ankle allows your tendons to quiet down and Upon increasing your activity after surgery the problem presented itself again
