48weeks post operation for my achilles and i still have pain on my heel and theres a septic lump around my tendon area above the heel. the pain comes when its cold and mostly in the morning ?

Orthopedic: You should be evaluated and treated by an orthopedic surgeon. The lump in question may not be septic but could be a cyst, fibrous scar, or a foreign body reaction. Sepsis implies infection which would have associated redness, burning and tenderness.
