Pain and pressure under both armpits, possibly swollen lymph nodes? this started a few months ago as an occasional full ache i thought was muscle strain, but now the discomfort is constant and distracting.

Axillary pain: I would strongly recommend that you call your doctor and get in for an exam. A physical exam is must to determine if further diagnostics as labs and/ or any radiological evaluation is needed. Please do not delay this.
