You may have a viral infection. If you have fever, not controlled by acetaminophen, you should see a doctor. Otherwise you may watch and wait. If your symptoms do not worsen and you do not lose weight, you can watch and wait. If the nodes more than double in size, ulcerate, you lose weight, or you get other symptoms, see a doctor. Tender lymphnodes in so many areas suggest you should be evaluated as soon as possible and may need to have lymph node biopsy. It may be infection that could be treated or could be something more serious like cancer.
