If my report from a transvaginal ultrasound says i have a left subserosal fundal type....any chance this fibroid is actually located on the right side of my body?

A transvaginal ultrasound report does not typically get left and right mixed up. But, anything is possible. If your doctor is unsure if the left side is correct, it could be repeated or a different test done to confirm the location.
