Fibroid in fundal region exophytic is 9.2x8.4x11.4 cm largest and 2 small ones .follicles are noted in right ovary.what does this mean? please help.

Fibroid benigh tumor: Fibroid is a benign tumor of the uterus and if it is causing problems it has to be removed with that big size, as for the follicles , they are simply small ovarian cysts that contain your eggs ready to ovulate.
