Methylfolate: is not the same as folate, but is a form of folate that the body can accept better if one has the MTHFR mutation. You need to see you doctor for a real diagnosis. Please do not rely on the 23 and Me data or self-treat. You doctor needs to monitor you. Peace and good health.
