I have mthfr mutation and im currently on warfarin (2 of 5mg pills /day) and folic acid (1 pill) , are those the right medications?

Warfarin: Yes, your therapy seems appropriate if your inr is maintained between 2 and 3 on this dose of warfarin. In some cases of mthfr mutation, a vitamin b complex is also taken daily. Confirm this with your hematologist.

Depends: There are two possible mthfr mutations. 677 and 1298. Each is a little different. Folic acid may not be the best form of folate (folic acid) for you. Consider metafolin.
