6 months post total hysterectomy, i have abdominal pains. when sitting for long periods of time and after gym (spinning) what is the problem?

May be adhesions: Adhesions are intra-abdominal scar tissue that develops post surgery that can produce pain and restrict movements. You need to return to your hysterectomy MD and get re-evaluated.
