Possible: It could be your ovaries, it could be scar tissue that formed after your surgery, it could also be your gastrointestinal tract. Since it occurred after intercourse, i would think about whether it's occurred without intercourse? Is it associated with bowel movements at all? Try to keep a diary for a week or so. If pain is severe, of course, you should go to an er or urgent care.

Possible: You should see you doctor for an exam and possible ultrasound to evaluate the left ovary. There could be other reasons for your pain.
