Hi, My HSG shows there is a filling defect within the uterus. Both fallopian tubes are demonstrated with mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. Mild spillages seen bilaterally. Impression: Bilateral patent tubes, mild fimbrae hydrosalpinx. What does this mean?
I had an HSG a few weeks ago and and wondering what this means? Neither fallopian tube opacifies with contrast. The endometrial canal opacifies with contrast. Normal morphology. No filling defects. Suspected myometrial intravasation?
