Ovaries: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, CA 125 is a screening test for ovarian cancer, albeit not a good one. Total hysterectomy. 2015/2018/2020 CT scans all show cyst on left ovary. Is that strange as shouldnt they go away. CA-125 normal. Vag ultrasound shows cyst that has been there 5 years. BSO scheduled for cyst and free fluid ?
