Further monitoring a: Further monitoring is advised. This should include repeat CA 125 testing twice more , done 1-2 months apart. Imaging of the abdomen and pelvis with US is a good idea. If the CA 125 continues to increase progressively then I would consider further interventions. Otherwise it may be just a fluke.

Waiting is hard: Although it's hard to wait, your doctor is evaluating you for possible abdominal or pelvic cancers which can show up even after removal of the uterus, tubes, and ovaries. They may also recommend a CT (cat scan) or PET scan If the u/s isnt helpful. Best wishes for good results!
