I'm confused!: What is your question, exactly? Is it about the red vein you see? If so, that may be the result of the inflammation and/or the steroids. If it does not get better, see the ENT doc again. I hope you were cultured for strep throat and did not have it! If that is not what you are asking about, please ask your question again and clarify.
