Return in 2-3 months: I usually follow up with my patients 2-3 months after they begin daily use of nasal steroids to assess the effects of the treatment. In some cases, surgery becomes an option if medical management does not sufficiently improve breathing. Check with your ENT doctor for his/her specific follow up recommendations.
