My turbinates are constantly swollen making my nose feel congested affecting my breathing, smell/ taste. ent diagnosis is vasomotor rhinitis. none of the steroid sprays have worked an dr is suggesting steroid injections direct to turbinates. opinion?

Pain under eye and cheek, occasional am runny nose. Ct showed swollen sinus. Dr told me to use saline spray and rimycin for 5 days. Sound right?

Can Ipratropium Bromide nasal spray help with post-nasal drip? No runny nose or front nasal discharge, just the drip. Not linked to allergy (per ENT)
