Shouldn't be problem: But you should discuss any concerns with the surgeon who will be extracting the teeth.

Wisdom tooth : Talk to the dentist about any medical problems that you may have and all medications that you are taking. In a healthy person of your age there should be no problems healing after the extraction.

See below: Speak to your dentist or oral surgeon if you have any questions or concerns prior to the extractions. You will be fine.

No and yes: Given the same physical circumstances at age 19 or 39, degree of difficulty will be the same. The 19 year old, however, will heal faster and easier than the 39 year old. That said, in the hands of a qualified specialist Oral Surgeon you should be just fine. Discuss your concerns with your treating specialist.
