Is wisdom teeth removal more difficult & recovery more painful when the pt is older? in my late 30s & need to get mine out. all are fully erupted.

Shouldn't be problem: But you should discuss any concerns with the surgeon who will be extracting the teeth.

Wisdom tooth : Talk to the dentist about any medical problems that you may have and all medications that you are taking. In a healthy person of your age there should be no problems healing after the extraction.

No and yes: Given the same physical circumstances at age 19 or 39, degree of difficulty will be the same. The 19 year old, however, will heal faster and easier than the 39 year old.
