Yes: Microdermabrasion is safe if your swelling has subsided from the extractions because it is an external procedure. However, be sure the technician/esthetician is not using excessive pressure on the wand, which is not necessary. Your tissues in the upper cheeks and lower jaw areas may be a bit sensitive. I would wait another week or so, or if you had sutures, after your post op check.
