I have dull ache behind left breast and below rib cage. could this acid? i had h plyori few months ago. can it come back even though biospies clear?

Could be acid.: Generally speaking, yes. The real answer would be depends on two things: (one) are you receiving any treatment for the acid, and (two) what is the mechanism whereby the acid is present? Obviously, if you are not receiving acid reducing medication then symptoms could come back. As well, if you are dealing with a structural issue, such as hiatal hernia, symptoms can certainly recur.
