Most likely due to:: Stretching of the chest wall/sternal muscles that are weak, and I am sure if you continue to stretch them and they get stronger, this type of achiness would subside in a few weeks. Do see you Doc to ensure its not some other cause, as for chest pains, its better to be examined by a Doc. Good Luck.
