Under my left side of my breast, i have been having a thumping feeling as though something is moving inside my rib cage and i could feel it with my hand.also my back has been very sore from it.it feels like a certain organ moving and thumping.

Rib thumping : Your description is interesting to read but vague. More details are needed. I wish I could address this better but I think it is best you see a doctor in person.

Your heart!: It is your heart that could be doing that. It may be more prominent with excitement or anxiety. The pain in the back may be a sign that there may be strain on your heart with not enough circulation for the heart muscle. If you have access you may want a medical examination to make sure there is nothing serious wrong with your heart.

I woke up this morning with my chest sore & achy between my breasts. I'm pretty sure its muscle pain because its made worse by moving the wrong way and stretching helps it dull a little. I see my pcp in 2 weeks. What else can I do to make it go away?
