Lump and back pain: Are likely unrelated. Mobile subcutaneous masses are most likely cysts or fatty tumors. But if it enlarges, becomes symptomatic , inflamed, or adherent, you should see you doctor about it.

Probably unrelated: The mobile lump upper left rib below breast could be a fatty growth called a lipoma or possibly a cyst. It is most likely not related to the back pain. See your doctor or surgeon to see if the lump needs to be removed.
