Woke up to sore ribs when touched right under left boob, it is a dull pain when not touched, and sharp pain appears when breathing in, i have breast implants but they seem fine its just right underneath. its also painful around the side of rib also?

Likely the pain is due to costochondritis, a benign inflammation of the costochondral joint, the location is close and parallel to the breast bone (sternum) .
