Every month starting about 4 months ago. i get a sharp pain at around my left ovary. feels like contracting pain but in that one place only.

Left ovarian pain ?: Pain in the left lower abdomen can be ovarian, or some colon disorders. Consistent ovarian pain may occur with enlarging ovarian cysts. See your gyn provider for an ultrasound of the pelvic area, and if negative, ask for a gastroenterologist referral.
