Possible ovulation: If you have an ovulatory cyst (normal) on the ovary it may be a sign you are close to ovulation, and it can be painful. Of course there are other reasons for ovary pain and if it persists you probably need a sonogram to asses it. You might check an ovulation predictor kit to see if you are ovulating and fertile.
