Hard to say: Since humans are not wired with position sensors in organs, your assumption that this is ovary may be invalid. Other cycle related issues like endometriosis or unrelated bowel pain may be the origin of your discomfort. Having a good physical evaluation with testing if needed can sort this out. You only need one good ovary to be fertile. Looks like you have questions only a visit can answer.
