May be related: Sometimes cysts of the ovary can leak and cause pain. Usually this not serious. I suspect that since you gave precise dimensions for your ovaries, that you probably had an abdominal CT scan. This would have detected serious or suspicious problems in your ovaries if they were present. Do get checked f you are concerned there is a problem.
