I have a 61mm by 13mm by 31mm cyst on my left ovary. starting to get sharp stabbing pains on my left side. i'm also spotting but in toilet,is it ok?

May be related: Sometimes cysts of the ovary can leak and cause pain. Usually this not serious. I suspect that since you gave precise dimensions for your ovaries, that you probably had an abdominal CT scan. This would have detected serious or suspicious problems in your ovaries if they were present. Do get checked f you are concerned there is a problem.
