Depends: Pain on left side could be bleeding from site causing irritation. If in mid cycle could be pain from ovulation. Having a cyst means the brain and ovaries are not in balance. Look at life style avoid tobacco smoke, alcohol, eat a healthy diet (fresh vegetables and fruit and good proteins), avoid sugar, processed food, commercial animal fats, sleep 7-8 hours, move through the day, have healthy bm.
