A 5cm ovarian cyst was removed from my left ovary last month. about three days sharp shooting pain started every once in a while what could it be?

Look at life style avoid tobacco smoke, alcohol, eat a healthy diet (fresh vegetables and fruit and good proteins), avoid sugar, processed food, commercial animal fats, sleep 7-8 hours, move through the day, have healthy bm.
